[Bug 25241] New: Steam: Source based games will not start

A popup window will appear with text "Preparing to launch Counter Strike: Source...". Then the pop-up disappears and the game will not start. Do you have a windows partition to confirm this? During this update I none if my 4 pc's would launch any steam games until steam released a patch.
