Peter, i look in the bug you mention and see no patch... Really dont 
understand your comment.

I'm using gentoo, now I upgraded wine to 0.9.17 and the problem is still 
there... using native dinput.dll cause the game to crash during load. 

This is the line where appears the error when using native dinput.dll:

wine: Unimplemented function USER32.dll.GetRawInputDeviceList called at 
address 0x7223b10a (thread 0009), starting debugger...
