I can scroll to the bottom and check "I accept the terms and conditions", but it doesn't un-grey the "Next" button so I can't continue the setup. I am attaching the wine output. It hints that this issue may be a user permissions issue. After I get home from work I will try changing my wine to emulate Win98 instead of the default Windows2k to see if that will bypass this issue. In both winxp and win7 mode I was able to scroll to the end of the EULA, accept the T&C and click 'Next', so this bug is fixed. A lot of msxml errors appear during the installation and it crashes after completing, but those deserve their own bug reports, marking this one FIXED.
