Remove *.utflng (russian translation) and trust that uses smile pack "R&Q Default Animated Smiles (by Aiwan)" 2. Is this a regression? Yes. 1.3.29 (and release 1.2) shows animated gif slowly and with loops, but positive colors (now negative).
