XLiveless will likely never be part of the Wine project for various
technical/legal reasons so it's rather pointless to wait for a "fix".

Specific GFWL 3.x versions might work as I investigated/solved some issues.
Your mileage may vary.
In general there is not much interest sorting out the remaining GFWL issues
since that thing is officially dead/EOL for some years now.

BTW you are also operating on a broken (Steam) WINEPREFIX, making any bug
report potentially invalid.
