Hello,

just pinging that old bug again.
I got hold of ancient VS.NET 2002 (7.0) version (.NET 1.0 Framework) and as
suspected in comment #1 - my patch/info applies for it too.
So both installers are affected - VS.NET 2002 (7.0) and VS.NET 2003 (7.1)
