Gets slightly further, now pops up a dialog box saying:
XEB Encoder

Property cannot be translated.
Add TP_GlobalIgnoreClassProperty(TXMLDocument,'XML') to your source
code or use
TP_Ignore(self,'.XML') to prevent this message.
Reason: OLE error 80004002.
OK

The app then starts up. FWIW, 80004002 is E_NOINTERFACE.
