When closing Code::Blocks. It crasehs printing out the following in the
console:
fixme:msvcrt:MSVCRT__wsetlocale 0 L"English_United States.1252"

How do you reproduce the crash? With wine-1.1.34, testing the r5911 nightly
from http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,11504.0.html just shows a
"Warning" dialog box on exit, rather than any crash backtrace.

I would like to bury this bug properly. The original author assumed it was a
crash but in fact the program exits cleanly despite of that msvcrt fixme.
