BUG 31360 its the only thing that keeps bound to Windows

This is related to bug 31360. Seems like DLL ends up in the wrong folder. I
belive its called "Sw DocumentMgr.dll"

I tried again with 8.7 but no success.

Gives me a "Self-Registration Error'

Message is:

"The following files did not register or unregister:
 1.C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Solidworks Shared\SwDocumentMgr.dll
Module not found.

To continue, click OK; otherwise click Cancel."
