To reproduce: 1: Start Eve Online 2: Enter game. 3: Resize or move one of the HUD windows. 4: Observe that game is frozen. This always happens. I've tried it in a full screen and a virtual desktop, with and without native DirectX9, with and without video memory = 512kb and a bunch of other settings. Always happens. When I ran it in a terminal I got this at the end: fixme:d3d:resource_check_usage Unhandled usage flags 0x8.
