This previously worked as expected as late as Wine 2.14 (see e.g. issue #41985). To reproduce, download OpenMPT from https://openmpt.org/download and open the CHM help from the "Help" menu, or try to open the CHM file directly from your file browser. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
