Why do you think it's a d3d issue? I can reproduce the problem under Gnome 3.x, only when the app is started in full-screen mode (virtual desktop mode is okay). Under XFCE 4.10 or Openbox 3.5.2 the problem doesn't exist (both full-screen and VD work). wine-1.7.35-24-g3873c93 Fedora 21 Nvidia binary drivers 340.65 XOrg 1.16.2 XFCE 4.10 -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37973 --- Comment #3 from Oldrich Jedlicka <oldium.pro(a)seznam.cz> --- Ok, I tried to eliminate the desktop environment and used `XSESSION="failsafe" startx` command on my Gentoo box. This started the twm window manager with some xterms. The mz800 emulator starts, but loses the screen as soon as I move the mouse over the emulator window. I tried this: 1. twm - black screen when I move the mouse over the mz800 emulator. 2. KDE - black screen when I click on a different window (partially overlapping the mz800 emulator) and click back. I have the KDE desktop effects and OpenGL 2.0 composition enabled. When I switch the effects off and use XRender composition, the reproducibility is much lower, but happens from time to time. I am using the following environment: Gentoo Linux, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 (open-source drivers) mesa-10.4.2 xf86-video-ati-7.5.0 gentoo-kernel-3.18.1 xorg-server-1.16.3 twm-1.0.8 kde-4.14.3 I am not sure whether this is d3d issue, but when I resize the window it writes that "fixme:d3d_surface:surface_cpu_blt Filter WINED3D_TEXF_LINEAR not supported in software blit.", so it is using wine d3d for drawing. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37973 --- Comment #5 from Oldrich Jedlicka <oldium.pro(a)gmail.com> --- I cannot test it, because I don't have Linux anymore as my OS. So if this works for you, I think we can close this bug report. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37973 --- Comment #6 from joaopa <jeremielapuree(a)yahoo.fr> --- Working fine for me with wine-5.14. And the OP can not test anymore. Can an administrator close this bug as ABANDONED? -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
