I use git first time now. So,there is concern that it is not a correct method.
I did that,

$ tar -jxvf git-1.5.0.3.tar.bz2

$ cd git-1.5.0.3/
$ make prefix=/usr/local install
$ sudo make prefix=/usr/local install

$ git clone http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git wine-git
$ cd wine-git
$ ./configure
$ make depend && make

$ git bisect start
$ git bisect good wine-0.9.30
$ git bisect bad wine-0.9.31
Bisecting: 255 revisions left to test after this
