Tested with: wine-1.5.29 (released) wine-1.5.29-107-gb94cfaf (current) installation in 32-bit (WINEARCH=win32) and 64-bit (wow64) prefix. Please retry with a _new_ WINEPREFIX, no other software installed in there and no native components (overrides). If it still fails, _attach_ terminal output -> http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log Next time please fill out bug the report fields properly.
