The flags got changed in recent commit: https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/53ffeb67eeee09a53c07ca3ec8... Author: Alexandre Julliard <julliard(a)winehq.org> Date: Mon Mar 29 16:00:29 2021 +0200 winedevice: Add the drivers directory to the dll search path. Have not checked if it works with a wine version before this commit.
