Please don't paste logs here _attach_ them instead.
Run 'wineserver -k' to make sure Wine is not running.
Upgrade to Wine 0.9.28 and try again.
Also make sure to 'cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files$ ll NoteWorthy\ Composer\
2/' before you run patcher. You might need to copy it to that directory.

If the problem still occurs, run Wine with the following command and attach
/tmp/wine_log.txt to this bug report:

WINEDEBUG=warn+all wine program.exe &> /tmp/wine_log.txt
