[Bug 7510] Super Copyright (free software) fails to run

Retested with update package wine-0.9.52-1.fc7.  The program installed fine but
does not run.  There is hardly any helpful information at the console.  Just
these two messages:

fixme:wininet:InternetGetConnectedState always returning LAN connection.
fixme:mpr:WNetGetUniversalNameA ("C:\\windows\\Ad2L3N22", 0x00000001, 0x34f754,
0x34fb60): stub
