[Bug 8499] AutoWikiBrowser doesn't work (uses .NET 2 framework)

backtrace with native gdiplus and fonts registered

It did indeed get further! Now it dies missing a pile of VC8.0 stuff. Here's
the backtrace. The AWB stacktrace is:
