It seems the author asked for review long ago and got no response: http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2004-January/009481.html Just from quickly skimming it, the code would need to be ported to Wine's build systems, and C++ comments would have to be eliminated. The main program is nearly 4000 lines of code. It would have to be split into smaller patches and sent. It's generally more difficult for anyone but the original author to get patches accepted.
