Scrolling makes the license appear but the scrolling can only show the beginning or the end of the text and can't be used for a median position. I can see the text without problems. Though, I don't know if I used exactly the same installer as the bug-reporter cause version numbering is confusing and I couldn't find older releases. I also can't point to a commit fixing this. So, the window is initially large enough to contain the whole text and all is well. If I force the window to be smaller on startup, the whole text will not fit, then I also see this bug. It was fixed somewhere between 1.3.31 and 1.3.32. Please check with 1.3.32 or newer and confirm the fixed state.
