[Bug 5244] winecfg and wine miss fonts when registry is created

New details: when I run winecfg as root, fonts show OK.
But when I run it as a normal user, fonts become invisible.
I checked read permissions in /usr/local/share/fonts,
all looks OK.
I installed also fontforge package, it makes no difference
