I see from bug 9192 that I am supposed to run a mainfest to correct this. I have tried the manifest that was listed in the bug but don't get much more from it. It seems that the manifest is not found. The results after trying to run the setup.exe is shown in the attachemt. Not some messages you see in the terminal. Because other then blaming some random parts of Wine you failed to state what doesn't work for you?
