What Windows version do you have set in winecfg?
Originally left as Windows XP. Changed to Windows 10, as I wanted to test a new benchmark, API Overhead. The install runs to completion using vista and win10. Running the installed 3DMarkLauncher.exe using either version results in the file not found error. It's never meant to install thatway. The download has an installer for the 3dmark. It seems to require dotnet45 (winetricks -q dotnet45).
