It gives some error messages and stops. The console output in in the attachment. This may be because the installation does not complete. It does not create any new menu entries. Afer searching I finally found this download: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/E-mail/E-mail-Clients/Outlook-Express.... Yet it complains that the version of internet explorer in wine is newer than the one budled in this install. Which version are you using?
