Patch #8958 
(http://cvs.winehq.com/patch.py?root=/home/winehq/opt/cvs-commit&id=8958) 
causes an Unhandled Exception on my system (SuSE Linux 8.2) when I try to 
connect to sites via the Internet. This bug persists in wine-20030813.
