It can be downloaded from https://archive.org/details/windows_live_essentials_2012_qfe4_image - Extract the ISO, or mount it - Install it from the ISO (I recommend installing only Movie Maker/Photo Gallery and nothing else) - Open Movie Maker: it will be installed at C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Photo Gallery\MovieMaker.exe - Press enter to get past the license box. - Look at the "Not implemented" error message. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
