Modifications between version 0.9.6 - 0.9.10 at "dlls/x11drv/dib.c" at 
function X11DRV_SetDIBits causes Lotus Notes icons to became black. (Pls. see 
attached pictures and atteched diff files. )
By putting "old behaviour" back to dib.c icons work correctly.
