[Bug 19197] New: EPIM trolls my Desks on Ubuntu

I have a Ubuntu Desktop with 2 Desks, left and right. I launch EPIM on the right desk (because of a bug I'm going to report separately), wait until it opens, and keep it maximized. After a few minutes of working with other programs, and/or switching desks, and/or working with EPIM (involving opening of popup windows, but always keeping the app in the right Desk), EPIM autonomously moves to the left desktop.
