[Bug 980] - FreeBSD does not build steam.dll.so

You mean steam.dll.so, not steam.so.dll, right? :-P
Anyway, try to find out what references this dll and what is supposed to provide
it. As I already mentioned it is not a standard Windows/Wine dll. Check if your
applications have it.
