[Bug 8019] Transcendersoftware can't update "No Tests Found"

I am getting a 445 error.  I attached the logs.  The install went ok.  It did
say that I needed Internet Explorer to work so I installed MSIE 6.0 by
IEs4Linux thinking that would do it.  When i launch the app it give the error
that it encountered a problem and needs to quit.  This is my first post so i
apologize if i did it wrong.
