Low priority for me as 3d boards are usually useless, but others might want it. Reproduction steps: Open board, select board tab, select 3d board and click. Are you sharing the prefix with other software? Or that service is something related to the game?

It looks like you are running with a different user or wine prefix. Otherwise the path would be c:\Program Files (x86)\ChessBase\CBase11\CBase11.exe.
