[Bug 19246] New: winemenubuilder.exe error
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19246 Summary: winemenubuilder.exe error Product: Wine Version: 20050930 Platform: PC-x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: directx-dplay AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: aceristovski(a)hotmail.com The program winemenubuilder.exe has encoutered a serious problem and need to close. we are sorry... win applications works fine(exp. office 2007), just this error appear at start and after couple reboots it start showing windows blue wallpaper and win programs are started in that background(win blue-standard)(but I resolve this by unchecking the "Emulate a virtuel Desktop")... If so upgrade to the current release and retest. In system monitor there is wineserver only when I activate wine program. I'll repeat, the wine program and the windows programs run as they should be, there is only one problem, that annoying error that shows up every time I run wine or wine-installed programs, I just click "close" and then I can continue working in wine or win apps.
