[Bug 10322] New: Eve-online video memory misaddressed

The mouse cursor is not completely filled with black, it contains some stray colors. Many textures are displayed intermixed with other bitmap data, I have even had small portions of video from another app playing where there should be text or smoke texture. I haven't seen any other posts regarding this, and I can't rule out my own hardware. While the cursor is fine for me. Affected are mostly the warp tunnel and wrecks. Going to attach some images of wrecks. For testing you just need to find a wreck or get a shuttle from the market, assemble and activate it then fly to a planet. Self destruct it and wait 120 seconds.
