Link is broken for me, temporary probably.
After version 1.3.19 all applications in the wine with a similar error.
The only reason for that is a broken wineprefix, or some kind of service that crashes on every start. This report was made on wine 1.4 rc2. Tried wine 1.3.26, 1.3.28 and 1.3.36 The result was a crash with error and a similar bug report. I got the music playing, I can choose window or full screen mode. When I choose full screen mode, the game seem to run OK, and the main rectangular box in the middle seem OK. However, when I choose window mode, the window with rectangular box seem to be stretched outside visible bottom limit, and when I choose "play game" the game crashes after a few seconds, with crash dump. The crashing file is stdrt.exe. What do you want to do with this bug report? Download points into 2015 (year?) version. There is no sha1sum.
If the game is the same as bug 18099 then it works without issues with the staging keyboard patch unless the game has regressed with wine. I haven't tried recently.
