$ sudo sysctl -w vm.mmap_min_addr=0
[sudo] password for user: 
vm.mmap_min_addr = 0

$ wine BRT71EFR.EXE 
winevdm: Cannot start DOS application Z:\home\washuu\Pobrane\BRT71EFR.EXE
         It failed with error code 1.
         Try running this application with DOSBox.
