I'm very sorry, I just misinterpreted the results of the tests. 'net' utility 
(as well as 'expand') uses libc version of *printf instead of msvcrt. It is not 
surprising that text was printed in xterm instead of wineconsole.

This issue has nothing with originally posted bug. Now I hardly believe anybody 
needs StdHandles kept during FreeConsole/AllocConsole, so i mark this bug as 
invalid.
