GOG Galaxy seems to require vcruntime140.dll.__std_terminate. You should be able to reproduce the issue with any recent version of Wine Staging by simply running the installer and then launching Galaxy via the "Launch Galaxy now" button in the final screen and then simply letting Galaxy run for a couple of hours.
