Console log?
$ wine explorer /desktop=1920x1440,1920x1440 0080:err:environ:init_peb starting L"C:\\windows\\syswow64\\winedevice.exe" in experimental wow64 mode 0144:err:system:NtUserChangeDisplaySettings Changing (null) display settings returned -2. 0144:err:explorer:initialize_display_settings Failed to set primary display settings. 0144:fixme:event:X11DRV_ConfigureNotify synthetic event mapping not implemented Killed You could have easily duplicated this yourself.
Screenshot?
It is full screen. Everything is blue. There is no method of me getting to my screen shooter.
Desktop environment?
To repeat my second post: 1920x1440 is an available resolution for my monitor Xfce 4.18
Every single time you open a bug you do not provide the required information.

The two look exactly the same, except the higher resolution one takes up the entire screen. You could have easily duplicated this yourself.
You are assuming that everyone who reads your bug reports wants to do what you have been repeatedly asked to do, and that they have the same available hardware. They do not. Do not open a bug report if you are unable to provide the minimum required information. https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/wikis/Bugs Confirming with Wine 10.13. Above the threshold the following is printed in the console: 0164:err:system:NtUserChangeDisplaySettings Changing (null) display settings returned -2. 0164:err:explorer:initialize_display_settings Failed to set primary display settings. THIS is why console logs are REQUIRED. You could have EASILY included this information yourself so that others don't have to waste time filling in all the blanks. I was trying to bring it to the attention of the intrepid hero who was responsible for all these fixes might take this one up too.. The guy is awesome. I do realize that my monitor is YUGE. I need this to support remote assist to my customer with all their ultra side monitors, etc.. I can run any test for you on my system that you need, except regression tests as it is over my head. Ask and though shalt receive!
