Hello Vijay Kamuju,

msvcp80.dll.?flush(a)std@@YAAAV?$basic_ostream(a)DU?$char_traits(a)D@std@@@1(a)AAV21@@Z
is now implemented, I retested orbiter060929 and orbiter100830 with
wine-1.5.14-232-g6ae3418, both of them start without problem. I'm going to
resolve this bug as fixed.

Please upgrade to recent wine and retest, if you find any other problem you are
welcome to report new bugs ;-)
