At some random moment i just have no more mouse or keyboard in game (windowed). It can be directly at start or after a moment. A workaround is to double click on the window title to let the game take the full screen and do it again to get back to previous size and both mouse and keyboard are working again. Not sure i have time to compile wine myself now but i have try a lot of versions and problem start with wine 3. Every wine 2 versions don't have this problem.
