WINEDEBUG="-all,warn-all,+tid,+seh,+relay" wine Accordance.exe

When running Accordance 12 (Lite) the UI experiences several rendering issues
with specific parts of the UI. The menu's render fine, its the tool bar and the
rest of the interface that has the issues.

Does this bug occur in upstream (non-Staging) Wine?

Does native gdiplus (`winetricks -q gdiplus`) help?

Already tried gdiplus and upstream its just as bad except setting the wine
version to Win 7 or above causes the application window to not even show up,
its this issue here with upstream https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37876
which is fixed in staging but not in upstream.
