[Bug 50972] New: cannot rotate player's camera in Guild Wars 2
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50972 Bug ID: 50972 Summary: cannot rotate player's camera in Guild Wars 2 Product: Wine Version: 6.6 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: mississua(a)hotmail.com Distribution: --- I'm certain that is a regression but the only other wine version i'm able to install is 5.0, and i don't understand a thing about regression testing. As the title says, i cannot rotate (it will stay still no matter what) the player's camera. It feels as if the mouse movement is ignored while a mouse button is held pressed. Deandre Thomas appears to be experiencing the same bug. https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=36138&iTesting... i tried fiddling with KDE focus settings, to no avail. After upgrading from wine 6.5 to 6.6(ubuntu 20.04 build) the rclick+mouse move doesn't move the camera. It's still possible to use the mouse and the holding the right-click of the mouse changes the A/W key from rotate camera to move left/right as it should but the mouse move while holding the rclick button doesn't rotate the camera. I would guess it's some of the changes to the winex11.drv. After downgrading back to wine 6.5 the mouse camera movement works as it should -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
