This particular crash may be related to not having MFC42.DLL. This means there's a bug in Wine's msxml; let's say that's the subject of this bug report. The next problem seems to be http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8549 because it crashes for me with a null pointer access in a program called backupscheduler after not finding IScheduleTask.
