Skyrim is install in c: /Games/Steam/SteamApps/common/Skyrim . I have this crash too. If it happens, i just delete file BashSettings.dat, which placed in folder Documents/My Games/Oblivion. Thereafter installer tab working correctly. To avoid another crash, i deactivate installers before switching on another tab and/or closing Wrye Bash. W.B. Version 304.n used 'copy', 'move' etc functions in Python. These are file manipulation routines provided by windows but I could'nt tell you what dlls provide that funtionality. In the current version of Wrye Bash (v305.n), Python uses windows shell commands for manipulating files by calling the CLI interface provided by the 'shell.dll' library. The standalone version will load and appear to run but fails to actually install 'mod' files. As best I recall, the external-Python version crashes during startup. This is really about wine support of the Python programming language. Most specifically about file manipulation in Python.
