It happens also in wine 11.0-rc4: I just uploaded some log files from a complete run of TheBat! just for an other bug. Please see here: Bug 53658. I really have no idea how Wine could crash an external process like that. Is there anything odd about your system you can think of? DPI settings? Strange graphics driver settings? Is there anything odd about your system you can think of? This is a Devuan machine - maybe this?
DPI settings? I didn't change the default settings from my installation since the automated installation in May 2024 via DEVUAN installer.
Strange graphics driver settings? I use a NVIDIA driver from the Debian repo and use still the settings from the installation.
Are you using the native Wayland driver? No, this is still a X11 machine. No Wayland at this time.
Is there anything in journalctl? This is a Devuan machine - systemd and its journaling doesn't exist here.

Still present in Wine 11.0-rc5.

Something to try: Please try also in some other Windows applications like: 1.) AusweisApp (https://www.ausweisapp.bund.de/en/download-overwiew) 2.) Notepad2 (https://www.flos-freeware.ch/notepad2.html) 3.) RustDesk (https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/releases/tag/1.4.5) 4.) Vivaldi Browser (https://vivaldi.com/en/download/) 1.), 3.) and 4.) switched the Night Colours of after startup the app 2.) did this whe i opened a file -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
