Everything works up to the part where the installer begins copying files. Unfortunately I was unable to find the wine-debug-symbols Then compile Wine yourself. A backtrace without debug symbols is useless.

There is only one failure, but it's expected. Revit refuses to install because Dotnet 3.5 isn't installed, Dotnet 3.5 refuses to install because Dotnet 3.0 isn't already installed. Thus installation fails with the same error as with older Wine versions and the old Revit installer: Call not implemented. Besides the Winetrick page reads: do not file bugs after installing native files. So the bug still exists: as long as .NET isn't implemented within Wine, we are unable to run Revit. Installer fails to install .Net 3.5 and therefore can not continue. The installer itself does not give much of a clue as to why, but this is probably a duplicate of bug 18766.
