WINEDEBUG=+loaddll,+tid,+process,+seh,+ddraw,+d3d,+x11drv,+win

Debug session output.  It seems crash happens soon after
IDirectDrawSurfaceImpl_Lock is called second time.  Will add +relay trace to
the next report.
