The problem is that text in the menus is misplaced (see the attached screenshot). This doesn't affect gameplay as text in mid-game appears fine. Also the intro videos dose not play, I get a bunch of errors when the videos are supposed to play. Just some info I tried BloodRayne 2 on VMfussion running Windows XP professional, and the intro videos play but there is no text in the menus or in game.
Videos are in mpeg-1 format, that's a different problem, maybe bug #9127 ? The reported problem with misplaced text in the game is still present in Wine 1.5.19. I think it needs an override to load, so I added one and this fixed the text placement. For me the FSAA patch does nothing and I have to keep the game at the default setting, due to anything beyond the default resolution causes the text misplacement.
