[Bug 45207] New: Office 2010 does not work with wine-3.8-1

After upgrading from wine-3.7-1 to 3.8-1 on Arch Linux (x86-64) word, excel and
powerpoint fail. Word fails to start entirely and offers to start in safe mode
which then crashes again. Excel opens but then does not respond. Not sure what
is going on but happy to provide any information required. If this should be
put on the Archlinux bugzilla please let me know. All worked fine up to
wine-3.7-1 Thanks!

Duplicate of bug 45199.

This seems to be an Arch-specific issue. Office 2010 apps are working fine here
in 3.8 on openSUSE.
