[Bug 36025] New: Please increase the attachment size to 1024 kB

When attaching large, compressed log files split into sets they can easily make the individual files too big by 24 k(i)B. The minor adjustment would make life that little bit easier, and won't significantly affect file sizes or data transfer. I'm assuming this can be easily changed by an admin. If we were willing to accept larger attachments when split into pieces, we'd just accept them as whole files. since this was just discussed in IRC #wine-staging I'd vote for 5 MB.
The reduce the amount of old garbage^Wattachments, a cleanup/purge procedure could be introduced for closed bugs (data retention period).
